The cultivation of the olive ancestors of the PICUAL variety - basic pillar of our oils - that began there with the Phoenicians, have passed from generation to generation throughout history, having been the fields of the Sierra de Segura reason for the selection of their oils for export in Roman times and highly valued by the culture of Al-Andalus and Sephardic Spain during the middle ages.

Having multiplied its production and cultivation, we feel heirs of the culture, tradition and history of the olive grove of Jaén, and for this purpose we continue to work these fields with care and dedication
