Cuevas del Oro olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil that comes from olives of the picual variety. It is a large body oil with a medium intensity of bitter and spicy. It has a slight apple smell and taste.
In addition, picual oil is the most stable that exists due to its fatty acid composition, its natural antioxidant quantity, its high content of monounsaturated oleic acid and its high content of polyphenols.
It is one of the few oils that maintain their natural properties over time.
Virgin olive oil plays an important role in the reduction of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases.
In addition, it has a large amount of natural antioxidants - such as vitamin E and polyphenols - that cause a delay in cell aging, also acting as a cholesterol level regulating agent.
